Bonded Storage – RFSE (Régime Fiscal Suspensif à l’Export)

• Primarily intended for wine professionals (négociants, merchants, importers), this regime allows for the suspension of duties and taxes while wines remain under fiscal control. It is particularly well suited to wines intended for export or international trading, and is frequently used in the context of fine wine investment strategies.

Duty-Paid Storage

• Under this regime, wines are stored after payment of applicable duties and taxes. It is suitable for private clients or professionals seeking simplified management for the French domestic market.
